The Sofa & Chair Company is a luxury made-to-order furniture business with both B2B and B2C clients. The brand was poorly served by an outdated website however the technical requirements to migrate to a new platform are so significant it has been delayed repeatedly. A reskin in the interim offered the business commercial rewards in a far shorter time frame and with far less investment. Within a month of going live, the reskinned website delivered a 300% uplift on online revenue.
Quality content is key to supporting the brand. Most imagery is created in the 50,000 square foot showroom in West London and applied all brand touchpoint, including advertising, CRM, social channels and of course the website.
