Luxury flash-sales website achica.com acquired an incredibly loyal customer base since it launched, but a competitive market and a succession of business challenges had impacted the brand. Briefed to deliver a fresh brand with updated logo, imagery, tone of voice and site UI, the results were an immediate 12.5% increase in conversion rate and a 25% uplift in frequency. This exceeded targets and delivered a profit in 2017 resulting in the sale of the business in 2018.
